RiverArts was envisioned and brought to life by visual artists over 50 years ago. Their pioneering artistic spirit continues to thrive today, as we find new ways to bring color, texture, light, and perspective to our Hudson River community.

Rivertowns’ residents have come to look forward to events in their communities that bring the arts to life. On the first Saturday in June, music fills the air from venues all over, both inside and outdoors.
Founded by artists in the village of Hastings-on-Hudson, NY, in 1963, RiverArts has been making the arts a part of everyday life in Westchester’s Hudson River communities for more than 50 years. Today, our programs and performances reach more than 20,000 people annually.
