“The Emperor Jones” — A Conversation About Race and Film

RiverArts, in conjunction with the Hastings and the Dobbs Ferry Public Libraries is hosting a discussion of the 1933 film The Emperor Jones, based on the play by Eugene O’Neill and starring Paul Robeson with Tanya McKinnon, Dobbs Ferry resident, literary agent and former RiverArts Board member, will moderate the conversation.

Virtual Salon Sundays – Artist Studio Tour with Monica Shulman

RiverArts’ now offers a virtual spin on this historic tradition and are featuring artists every other Sunday from 3 pm to 4 pm.  Each artist will live-stream a brief studio tour and take questions from the audience in the last ten minutes. This is a great opportunity to gain insights in to their creative process, learn about techniques in a variety of media and participate in a live Q&A with the artists. 

Imprint of Light: A Dance, Music & Video Collaboration
