RiverArts today announced that the 6th annual RiverArts Music Tour will take place on Saturday June 5, 2021 from noon – 9pm throughout the villages of Dobbs Ferry, Hastings-on-Hudson, Irvington and Tarrytown. Rain date: June 6th

What does one do when they cannot present dance live on stage? In the case of choreographer/dancer Maxine Sherman and composer/videographer Steven Brent, they create a new way of seeing movement that cannot be accomplished in person.

“‘Imprint of Light’ is a unique collaboration of music and dance celebrating the wonder of the human body and our relationship to the elements of nature,” RiverArts’ artistic director Kate Ashby said. “The combination of music, dance, and visual images inspires us to see the dance and the world around us in a new light, through the lens of the imagination.
