  Naomi Vladeck has a 20-year career in executive-level fundraising and planning in the non-profit arts arena.  She has a degree in psychology and theater and a masters in Performance Studies from NYU with additional training in creative business planning, group facilitation, mindfulness practice and organizational leadership.

  Naomi was the Director of Development and Planning at Dance Theater Workshop for many years and later the founder of Rivertown Artists Workshop (RAW), a non-profit presenting organization serving mid-career choreographers and multi-disciplinary artists testing new work.

  Naomi is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is a certified creativity coach with the Creativity Coaching Association (CCA).  She holds a certification from  in conscious business leadership from the “InnerMBA” program of NYU.  Naomi is a passionate student of personal and spiritual growth who has dedicated her career to helping artists realize their creative visions. Naomi lives in Sleepy Hollow, NY with her two children and pup.
