DESCRIPTION:Drink & Draw \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				June 2\, 7:30–10:pm \nHastings Public LibraryOrr Room\, Lower level 7 Maple Avenue Hastings-on-Hudson  \nAdmission: $20 per session; Register below. You must register and pay in advance below for each session. No payments will be accepted at the door.   \nDrink & Draw is a modern twist on the classic artistic practice of life drawing. Artists of all experience levels and backgrounds are welcome\, especially those that have always wanted to try their hand.  \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				In this non-instructional event\, we aim to create a relaxing\, social and inclusive environment for the community to come together for a fun night of drawing.  After some mingling with fellow guests\, participants will have an opportunity to capture the human body in poses of different lengths\, with breaks for refreshments in between.   \nThere’s wine\, crackers\, cheese and cookies to enjoy\, and our host curates a playlist to keep your energy flowing.  The evening lasts about 2 ½ hours\, and participants leave with a collection of their new works… and maybe some new friends too. \nRiverArts is proud to be able to provide this unique opportunity right here in our Rivertowns\, an opportunity which is often only accessible to art students or by traveling into New York City\, with a significant investment of time and tuition.  Drink & Draw offers a perfect entry-level for the amateur artist\, and we have seen beginners improve significantly as their skills develop in subsequent sessions and they draw on their experience and learn from others.   \nModel provided. Please bring your own art supplies and arrive on time. Must be over 18 to attend. Wine for those 21+Proof of vaccination is required for attendance and we will ask everyone but the model to be masked. \nFOR MORE INFORMATION EMAIL: info@riverarts.org \n#DrinkAndDraw \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				 Fill out my Wufoo form!

DESCRIPTION:RiverArts MusicTour\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Satuday\, JUNE 4thNoon–9pm (Raindate\, June 5th) \nForty-minute performances begin every hour on the hourHastings–Dobbs Ferry–Irvington–Tarrytown \nJazz-Classical-Urban Folk-Rock-World Music and more! \nA celebration of the depth and breadth of the Rivertowns’ music community in a day of performances representing many musical genres. All taking place from noon to 9pm in Hastings on Hudson\, Dobbs Ferry\, Irvington and Tarrytown. Performances begin on the hour from noon to 9:00pm and are each 40 minutes long. This event is free and open to the public. \nWe are thrilled to bring the energy and exhilaration of live musical performances to audiences throughout the Rivertowns’ communities. The event will take place at multiple locations\, with music filling the air from porches\, gardens\, driveways\, open spaces and more. Our interactive online map will guide your day\, with detailed information on performers and venues available mid-May. \nFeaturing music with a rich diversity styles and genres\, the Music Tour offers delight and inspiration for all. A chance to hear your favorite local performers and experience something new – from folk to rock; classical to jazz; country to world.
