DESCRIPTION:JazzCamp\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				DATES: The week of July 25th – 30th \nTIME: Monday – Friday\, 9am – 3pm; Saturday recording session\, 10am – 1pm \nThere will be an evening concert for families on Friday July 29th and a recording session for students on the morning of Saturday July 30th at the Dobbs Ferry Muzic Store.\n			\n				Register for JazzCamp here\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				At RiverArts JazzCamp\, students immerse themselves in music! JazzCamp provides an engaging and rewarding experience\, giving students the opportunity to work among dedicated peers with some of New York City’s finest artists and educators. \nJazzCamp includes: \n\nTheory and listening classes\nMaster classes on instrument\nGroup jam sessions\nEnsemble performance for families on Friday evening\nStudio recording session on Saturday morning\n\nAll instrumentalists and vocalists entering grades five and up are welcome. Students are required to have at least one year of ensemble playing experience and the ability to sight read music.  We plan to have two ensembles\, one for students newer to ensemble playing and one for those with more experience.   \nIf you are considering for your young musician\, but unsure if it would be a good fit\, please contact Ron Vincent at rvincent@riverarts.org.   \n#JazzCamp
