BlueGrass Concert – You’re Invited!

 Saturday March 24th, 8 pm

First Reformed Church
18 Farragut Avenue
Hastings on Hudson

Join Tara Linhardt and the stellar instructors from the Weekend Intensive Workshop for a Saturday night BlueGrass Concert in Hastings. The Director of BlueGrass Programs at RiverArts, Tara brings in truly exciting artists from the national circuit who are as accomplished in an array of music genres and styles as they are in BlueGrass. Expect to unwind and get down with a lot of BlueGrass, some improvisation, a little swing and a sweet ballad or two.

Last fall’s first BlueGrass Workshop produced big demand for a public concert and we listened. The energy, excitement and great musicianship of the workshops will spill over into this BlueGrass Jam. Tara warns:  It may evolve into somewhat of an Appalachian music pickin party!
